These terms govern your use of YoContent, a marketplace connecting content creators and brands in Kenya.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Creators must verify their identity before they can be booked.
2. Bookings and payments
Each booking is an agreement between the brand and the creator. Brands fund bookings into escrow; YoContent charges a 10% platform fee per booking and releases funds when the work is approved.
3. Content and disclosure
Creators must follow the brief, the law and platform rules, including clear ad disclosure on sponsored content.
4. Disputes
Disputes raised before funds are released are decided by YoContent staff. Decisions may release, partly refund or fully refund the payment.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
