YoContent processes personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), profile and social media statistics, identity documents for creator verification, payment and payout details, and messages exchanged on bookings.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching, bookings, escrow payments, payouts, compliance checks, fraud prevention and support.
Sharing
Brands see creators' public profiles. Identity documents are only seen by our verification staff. Payment partners receive what they need to move money.
Your rights
You can download your data or ask us to delete your account from your privacy settings, or by contacting us.
