Is YoContent free?
Yes. Joining, building a profile and posting campaigns is free. A 10% platform fee is added to each booking.
How do creators get paid?
Once the brand approves the content (or it goes live), the payment leaves escrow into your YoContent balance. Request a payout to M-Pesa or a Kenyan bank account at any time.
Is my money safe as a brand?
Your payment is held in escrow and only released when you approve the work. If there is a problem you can open a dispute before release.
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Why do creators verify their ID?
To confirm every creator is a real person aged 18 or over. Brands can only book verified creators.
What about ad disclosure?
Sponsored posts must carry a clear ad disclosure (for example #ad). Creators confirm it when posting and our team reviews deliverables for compliance.
How are disputes handled?
Our team reviews the brief, messages and content, then decides to release the payment, partly refund or fully refund the brand.
